1. Orders & Processing Time

•All orders are processed after payment confirmation.

•Our standard delivery time is 15–20 working days.

•Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.

•Custom or made-to-order jackets may require additional time.

•Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier issues, or high demand.

•Lethair is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

3. Refund & Exchange Policy

✅ Eligible for Exchange:

We offer exchange only in the following cases:

•Wrong item delivered

•Wrong size delivered (different from what was ordered)

•Damaged or defective product (must provide proof)

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order with clear pictures or video proof.

Refund Conditions:

•Shipping charges are non-refundable.

•Return shipping cost must be covered by the customer unless it was our mistake.
